Ingredients of Curry Fried Chicken:

  • 750 grams chicken drumsticks
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Method for "Curry Fried Chicken":

  1. Mix all the ingredients except cornstarch. Put in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Heat the oil in the deep fryer to 350°F.
  3. Add the cornstarch to the chicken. Mix well.
  4. Fry the chicken until they are fully cooked, about 15 to 20 minutes depending on how big the chicken pieces are.
