  • 1/3 Cup Dehydrated Onions
  • 2 LG Egglands Best Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Granulated Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Granulated Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Au Jus Extract
  • 1 tbsp Better Than Bouillon
  • 1 Package McCormick Meatloaf Seasoning
  • ● For The EZ Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 Trays Bob Evans Mashed Potatoes [the best brand out there]
  • 2 Jars Heinz Homestyle Brown Gravy
  • ● For The EZ Sweet Corn
  • 2 Cans Del Monte Sweet Corn
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1/8 Cup Sweet Salted Butter

  • Thick Sliced Garlic Bread

Method for "Mike's 1970's Meatloaf Dinner":

  1. Mix everything together well. Pack meat in a translucent pan tightly. No air gaps. Create wells to the sides just in case any fat wants to boil over. Dash top with black pepper, garlic and onion powder.
  2. Bake meatloaf at 350° for 1.5 hours. Allow meatloaf to stand for 5 minutes prior to serving. Top with hot gravy.
