Ingredients of InstantPot Beef Knee Bone Soup with Veggies:

  • 1 lb beef Knee bones
  • 1/4 head Napa Cabbage
  • 1 Cup corn
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 celery, chopped
  • Mushrooms, chopped
  • Some garlic
  • Some chili's

Method for "InstantPot Beef Knee Bone Soup with Veggies":

  1. 2 lbs. of bones. Only using 1 lb.
  2. The remaining ingredients.
  3. Hard rolling boil on the bones for 2 minutes.
  4. Drain and rinse and then in the InstantPot to pressure cook for 45 minutes. Just cover with water. 4 cups worked perfect for my sized pot.
  5. Bones done.
