Ingredients of Baked Acorn Squash:

  • 1 acorn squash, cut in half and seeds removed. (You can roast them!)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar, brown sugar will work

Method for "Baked Acorn Squash":

  1. Preheat oven to 350 *F.
  2. Cut in half and seeds removed.
  3. Upside down in a pan with about 1/2" of water.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the squash is soft.
  5. Tbsp of butter and sugar in each half. Smear it around well!
