Ingredients of Shepherd Chicken Pot Pie:

  • Chicken
  • 3 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 box french onion rings
  • 4 eggs
  • Filling
  • 2 can mixed vegetables
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can light red kidney beans
  • 1 can alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 can milk
  • Topping
  • 1/2 packages waffle fries
  • 1 packages shredded cheese(any flavor)

Method for "Shepherd Chicken Pot Pie":

  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. Beat eggs together.
  3. Put French onion rings in ziploc bag and crush up.
  4. Roll each chicken breast in egg and shake in bag of onions one at a time. Make sure each piece is well coated. Place chicken in 13x9 pan.
  5. Open and drain mixed vegetables, mushrooms, and beans. Put in bowl. Add jar of Alfredo sauce. Fill jar with milk, shake and pour in bowl. Mix
  6. Pour vegetable mixture on top of chicken in the pan.
  7. Top pan with enough waffle fries to cover top. Cover fries with cheese till covered.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes. Check chicken. Juices will run clear. Bake additional time if needed.
